Going just from assumptions, you would take 3 * 30 minutes to take all the pills:

This adds up to 90min
Conventional wisdom would indicate that it would take one hour to take all three pills, if you were to take one every half hour. The first pill would be taken at the “zero” (starting) point. Thenext pill would be taken in 30 minutes, at the 30-minute point.
