9x²-4y²=(3x-2y)*(3x+2y)
Solution: [tex] \frac{ x^{2} }{(3x-2y)*(3x+2y)} : \frac{x^2}{2y-3x} = \frac{ x^{2} }{(3x-2y)*(3x+2y)} * \frac{2y-3x}{x^2} \\ \\ =- \frac{1}{3x+2y} [/tex]
